Patient Coordinator – High Energy & People-Focused

What You’ll Do
As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the main faces of our office and play a huge role in the patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients warmly by name and creating a welcoming environment
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
- Answering phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
- Assisting patients with paperwork and office processes
- Verifying and understanding insurance information
- Checking patients in and out while collecting payments
- Helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office
- Communicating closely with doctors and team members to maximize patient care
- Anticipating patient needs and helping create a five-star experience
- Staying organized and efficient in a busy, fast-moving environment

- Chiropractic, medical office, hospitality, sales, or high-level customer service experience is a plus
